Content Ownership and Rights

Our Platform: GenEngine and its original features, functionality, and technology are and will remain the exclusive property of GenEngine and its licensors.

AI-Generated Content: While we use advanced AI to generate content, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all generated content meets your standards and complies with applicable laws before publication.

API Usage and Rate Limits

We utilize third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude AI) to power our content generation. Usage may be subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive use that impacts service availability for other users may result in temporary restrictions.

Data and Privacy

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability
